CHOICE
The competition starts in xy, and the winners are announced during a big startup event held simultaneously in xx, yy, zz. Competitors can participate in up to three different categories :
1. Best Idea is created by any visionary who comes up with an idea.
2. Best Demo requires the device and coding for creating and showcasing a fully functional demo together with Pall0 developer kit and developer software.
3. People's Choice is selected by users on social media. The top 30 best ideas will be selected to participate in public pitch sessions, and the social media audience will vote for the winner. (F)
We will accept new competitors throughout the year. The deadline for all new competitors is O. The Jury includes top level and influential professionals from around the world.

What are the requirements for the ideas
All ideas have to use more than one of Pall0's hardware features. To understand the capabilities of the hardware you must learn all the functions of the device. This open-source hardware is the most sophisticated device to measure all types of movement and to interact with the user and/or with other devices.
Only the sky is the limit of your imagination when using the device and its features. Visualize it as a new smartphone. The ideas and applications you create are just like smartphone applications. In this case Pall0 is the “smartphone” and your ideas are the applications.

APPLICATION TIMELINE & CHECKLIST

Complete and submit the application. Applicants will receive an answer in 2-3 business days regarding their application status.
Applications are accepted starting on xxyyy- soft launch, and we start the initial analysis period for data collection, questions, due diligence, feedback, and modifications to enable the official launch on xx

Develop your idea according to instructions and feedback you receive from us.
An official launch will be online with the 1st Pitch Competition in Los Angeles, Singapore, and Helsinki along with the Jury announcement.
The five (5) best ideas in each category will be announced and rewarded with a video production and consultation package. It will help you to develop your ideas further into an actual concept. Each winner will be notified in writing and announced online. Our business network of 100, 000 companies and individuals around the world will follow the status and progress of your entry.

Be and active participant on our social media channels.
The 2nd Pitch Sessions will be held online in the end of xy. The objective is to select ten (10) best concept ideas and reward them with video production and consultation package.
All creators of the rewarded ideas can participate in the finals. Competitors can generate new ideas by taking an advantage of new knowledge gained through the 1st phase of the competition and from other ideas that will be posted online after winners have been announced. This way we ensure that the original creators of the idea are going to be rewarded.

Be prepared to pitch your idea in a video or during a live online event.
Finals take place simultaneously with the SLUSH event on Nxyy in Helsinki, Finland. The top three (3) Ideas in all three categories are announced.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Applicants may submit one or several applications, but each submission must be unique. An applicant /team may join in more than one team as long as each team submits a unique pre-proposal application.
2. Projects that have previously won the Big Ideas award are not eligible to submit a pre-proposal application for the same project.
3. The Team Lead (primary applicant) must be an actual person or/and an eligible legal entity. The applicant will be the primary point of contact for all contest communications and have final authority for all decisions related to the contest.
